An Indian Electronics Company named the Ringing Bells  is going to Launch the FREEDOM 251 Smartphone at the Most Affordable cost just 251 Rs. This Project is the Limelight of the February-2016. Company had used the Name "Freedom" because the company don’t want any kind of limitation based on the Smartphone affordability.

The investment required will be anything between Rs 230 to Rs 250 crores, for the first round," said by the Ashok Chadha- the Ringing Bells President in an Interview, also added that the company has arranged through debt equity.

Company Will produce the most of device Hardware in India Accept the Smartphone Chipset. It will be imported from Taiwan for now. Device may be made up Completely in India after Sometime  According to Statements. Company will invest at 2 major Centres  Noida and Uttaranchal with the estimated cost of Rs. 500 crore,with the Aim of 5 lakh units each per month. Recently, on Friday 22 jan 2016, Indian Railway's arm Railtel announced the availability of free high speed public wi-fi service at the  Mumbai Central Railways Service station. this is the first step towrds the Digitalisation in india with the help of Google.

Commenting on the launch of railtel wi-fi, Representative of RailTel Shri R. K. Bahuguna said, "Our intent was to fulfil Indian Railway's vision of providing Railway passengers access to high speed Internet through our optical fibre communication network. Affordable smartphones have made it possible for the common men to experience the power of Internet. With our partnership with Google, we are very confident of rolling out a robust, scalable service at Railway stations in the near future.". 

 Railtel-a unit of Indian Railways, aims towards the ambitious programme "Project Nilgiri" to power its free wifi project in over 400 railway stations across the country-the largest public wifi project in india. also, the cost will be spend by the railtel will be nearly 55 Crores. 

out of 400  Railway stations 100 stations will be ready by 2016 end, starting with Mumbai Central in October 2015.

but, with some delay google had completed his promise on 22 jan 2016. this deal is Officially announced by Sundar Pichai in a blogpost to provide free basic internet services to the busiest railwys of india like Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, and Bangalore. 

free wi-fi has some limitations over it.The free wi-fi is available only for 30 minutes over a 24-hour period for each user, after the time duration users have to purchase extra browsing time online using a credit card or buy a scratch card at the Wi-Fi helpdesk at the stations. For 30 minutes of extra browsing time Customers  have to pay Rs 25 and for 1 hour the price is Rs 35, and these are valid for 24 hours. and hope that will be same for next 4 set-ups for Railtel's free wi-fi of 4 busy stations of india which are Allahabad, Patna, Jaipur and Ranchi Said by the Gulzar Azad, Head of Access Project, Google India.

The project estimated to provide free Wi-Fi to 10 million people who pass through every day. Google will cover the so called A and A1 class of stations.

Railtel has built over 45,000 km of optic fibre network across the railways network in India, connecting over 4,500 cities and towns and over 5,000 railway stations in the country to provide wi-fi service in india. 

The proposed Google network will be capable of delivering HD video streaming services and passengers will be able to download a movie in 4 minutes while waiting at Railways, a statement from Railtel Representative. also Eros International’s online streaming service ErosNow  has tied-up with Railtel to provide better entertainment content on their mobile devices. However, it isn’t clear when this service will go alive.

How to log in to RailTel's free public Wi-Fi:

• Go to the Wi-Fi Settings of smartphone, and ON your WI-FI then select the RailWire network.
•  then open your mobile browser, and then go to "railwire.co.in". 
•  On the RailWire website, users will be prompted to their phone number on the Wi-Fi login screen, and then press Receive SMS. 
•  Now, you will receive an SMS message with a 4-digit OTP code, and then enter the code at the Wi-Fi login screen, and click Done. 
• After Successful login users can see a checkmark, which confirms they are connected to the free WiFi.

FIRST, WHEN YOU SEEE THE JAVA ERROR 1603 ,CLOSE THE UNINSTALLER.

i) Go To Java Control Panel.

 for, Version Below the JAVA 7 UPDATE 40,

1. open the Windows Start menu.
2. Click on  ALL Programs.
3. then find the Java in Programs and click on the Java.
4. Click Configure Java to launch the Java Control Panel.

1. take the Mouse pointer to the bottom right corner of the windows screen, then click on the Search icon.
2. In the Search bar enter Java Control Panel
3. then, Click on Java icon to open the Java Control Panel.

For Windows 7 and Windows Vista

1. Click on the Start button and then click on the Control Panel option.
2. In the Search Control Panel  enter Java Control Panel.
3. then, Click on the Java icon to open the Java Control Panel.

For Windows XP

1. Click on the Start button and then click on the Control Panel option.
2. Double click on the Java icon to open the Java Control Panel.

Alternate method of launching Java Control Panel

• Click on Windows Start button.
• In the Start Search bar, type:
  Windows 32-bit Operating system: c:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\javacpl.exe
  Windows 64-bit Operating system: c:\Program Files(x86)\Java\jre7\bin\javacpl.exe

ii) Uncheck Enable Java content in the browser option

• In the Java Control Panel, click on the Security tab
  

• Uncheck the option Enable Java content in the browser.
• Click Apply and then OK to make changes.

iii) Reinstall Java and re-enable Java content in the browser

• Download and install the offline installer package.
• After the installation  completion, re-enable the option to Enable Java content in the browser, if you require running Java content in the browser.

TO resolve the Java error code 1603 ,
first uninstall all the component of Java like Java Runtime Environment, Java Development kit etc.
To uninstall Java Component first go to the "Control Panel" then go to the "Programs" then go to the "Programs and Features" then click on "uninstall a program".
Now, in the program list find all the java components and uninstall all the Java components one by one.

after uninstalling all the java components Restart Your Computer system.
after Restarting your Computer "go to the java help center" through the java error code 1603.

         OR
Go to your Internet Browser and search "java error code 1603".

 

then go to the link "Error 1603" by the official website of www.java.com
to open it click here

now, you need to download an offline installer.
so, scroll down the page and you can see a red blinking text "offline installer" click on it.

now, in the new page click on "Agree and Start free Download" to download the offline installer.

now, download the offline installer .
before installing the "offline installer" disconnect your Computer's Internet Connection.
after that click on the setup of the offline installer.
now, click on install,
then click on next,
now, you can see that your java component will be successfully installed and not showing any error code 1603.

this way you can resolve the java error code 1603.

 To make partition of any hard drive we need to manage it from disk management.
 to open disk management go to Run and to open the run,
press "windows button" + "R"      OR
go to start menu and search "Run".
now open it and write a command that is," diskmgmt.msc "

-In the disk management window you can check all the details of primary partitioned drives,logical drives available in your computer.
-Before making partition of any disk ,
if possible do not make partiton of your system drive because it may effect your System settings.
 but, if only system drive is there then you should partition your system drive.
-Now, to partition any local disk , right click on it and click on the shrink volume.
now, a shrink volume window will open .
-Enter the amount of space which you want to shrink for your New Disk.

 now click on the "Shrink".
then a free space will be created.

-so, to make free space as a logical drive right click on it and click on " new simple volume"

now, a "New Simple Volume Wizard" will open.
so, click on next,
then you can specify the Volume Size of your new local disk.
then, click on next,
then,click on next,
then you can give a name to your New Hard disk.
then,click on next,
then,click on finish.
after that a New Logical Disk will take place.

-you can also make changes with new disk like, "delete volume" as well as "shrink the new volume" by right clicking on it.
-And to further merge new disk,
 right click on the new disk and click on " Delete Volume" then click on "yes" to delete it.
and further it will be changed in to a free space.
-now right click on the disk with which you want to merge the New Local Disk and click on "Extend Volume"

- then a "Extend Volume Wizard" will open.
now,click on next,
then you can select disks with which you want to merge the Free Space.
then,click on next,
then,click on finish.
now,  your Free Space will be merged with the selected disk.
in this way you can Partition, Merge, Extend and delete the Volume.

 To Install Android Studio ,
        Basically you need to download 2 things,
                      1)  Android studio bundle
                      2) JDK.
So first, to download Android Studio bundle serach for the "android developers".

now, go to the first link which is the official website of android developers that is developers.android.com

now, on the official  page of site first go to the "Develop".

 then click on "Tools".

now, a new page will open in which you can check the detailed features of your Android Studio.
now, to download android studio click on the " DOWNLOAD ANDROID STUDIO FOR WINDOWS "

then a new page will open which contains terms and conditions for the installations of android studio.
so. read carefully the " Terms and Conditions ".

Below the Terms and Conditions you can see a SQUARE check-box for the Agreement of the android studio installation.
Then click on " DOWNLOAD ANDROID STUDIO FOR WINDOWS ".

now, your Android Studio will be downloaded.
after the downloading of Android Studio we need to download the setup of JDK.
To download the setup of JDK go to your internet browser and serach "jdk"

now, go to the first link that is "Java-SE Downloads" and then a new page will open it.
to open it click here

then to download the setup of JDK click on the "Download" button.

then a new page will open in which you can download the setup of JDK either for windows 7 and 8 of 32 bit OS or either for windows 7 and 8 of 64  bit by check on the "Accept License".

 and download the set-up which is suitable for your computer.either for 32 bit OS or either for 64 bit OS Windows.

now after the downloading of Android studio and JDK ,
to install the JDK click on it
now, click on the next,
then click on the next,
now, click on the next,
now your Java Development kit will be successfully installed.
so, click on close.
now you need to set the path for jdk .
so, first go to the "Computer " and right click on it and open the "properties"

 then go to the " Advanced System settings".

 then go to "Environment variables".

 and setup a new system variable.

give the variable name "JAVA_ HOME"
then in the variable value paste the path of installtion of jdk in your computer system.
for the variable value first go to your "Computer",
then go to the "Local Disk C",
then go to the "Program Files",
then go to the "Java",
then go to the "jdk",
now copy this whole path from the search bar and paste it in to the variable value.

then, click on OK,
then ,click on OK,
then, click on OK.
now, click on  Android studio bundle to install the Android Studio,
now, click on the next,
now, click on the next,
then, click on I agree,
then, click on I agree,
now, click on the next,
now, click on the next,
then, click on Install,
now, click on the next,
then, click on finish.
then, a windows box will ask you to allow the access for the android studio features. so, click on allow access.

.
 then you can see a box like " Loading Android SDK".
it will check and find the "SDK Repository" if it is present in the System.
after that android studio will ask you to select one UI Theme out of "Intellij" and "Darcula".

select any of it and and click on next.
then Android Studio Setup Wizard will open and will download different android sdk build tools like Revision 23,Revision 21, Revision 19 etc.
after downloading all the componentS click on finish.
Before starting a new android studio project download all the sdk packages so that your android studio will work effectively.
To download all the sdk packages click on "Configure".

 then click on "SDK manager".

now android sdk manager will open in which select all the SDK packages which you have not installed.
then install all the packages.

 and click on "Accept License"

then click on "Install".
now, your all sdk packages will  started downloading.
after the installation of all these packages you can start your new android studio project.
